Well the drama of political theater unfolded that we haven’t seen in a while, as the roll call vote for Barack Obama’s Democratic Party nomination, went state after state honoring Clinton’s bid for the White House. Some states yielded unanimous votes by their delegation for Barack Obama... even though some of those states were won by Clinton, until they got to New Mexico where there were by everyone count, enough votes for the nomination to have the winning delegate count - but after much political fanfare New Mexico yielded to the state of Illinois where everyone thought that would be the appropriate end by casting the winning votes to break the delegate barrier for the nomination. But... it was not to be.
